As they will be able to create their passions without inflicting harm, and they will appreciate their challenges because their challenges will refine them. They will become the men and women they are destined to become, not due to advantage, but of their own will.

Entrench the right of authority and self governance into the hearts minds and souls of your children so that they may from this day forth, ensure their rights and the rights of mankind.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

The implementation process will be without the seizure of assets, and forced coercion; nor will it be implemented without global cooperation.

Phase I - Planning

• Appointment of media with full access and disclosure rights
• Formation of System CORE Planning Council
  Selection of technical analysis, flow design, user logic and  industry expert teams from around the world
• The People - Online Discussion Forums and debates for the collaborative creation of:
  Law of Rights and Governance
  Agreement of Nonaggression, Aid, and Global Resource Contributions
• Planning of the System Core applications and systems integration
  Open to the public - meetings are to be broadcast for complete transparency
• The People review the System CORE applications plan and submit comments, questions, and recommendations

Phase II - Development

• Collaboratively write the code  for the System CORE with all technology integration partners and nations
• Enter mock data for testing
• Nation-states Privacy Security Systems check – Conducted by Each Nation’s Council
• Introduction to the People
• Registration of the people to test the System CORE
• Comments and feedback for improvements
• Update and reintroduction

Phase III - Systems Integration

• Activation of iPresent Voting Application
• Confirmation vote by the People of Foundational Agreements and the
  Law of Rights and Governance
• Vote of standard need production and services by the People
• Neggotiation of compensation for investors and capital asset for the exchange of Willits
  Gifting of assets to the People to be entered into the System CORE
• Vote of asset compensation claims – approved by the People
• Confirmation vote for the allocation of resources to Production Units, Management Teams, and Independent Producer
• Data entry of resource inventories into the System CORE
  Reserves and Raw Materials
  Products and available services.
  Human Resources with confirmed Skill Sets
• Confirmation of Willit Administrators and Auditors
• Confirmation of Independent Media Service Members – Tri-Shone Leagues
• Reflective funds account creation –
  Monetary holdings of individuals will be reflected into Willits prior to bank account freezer.
• Confirmation of Voting Districts and Communities
  Community Agreements Confirmed by Community members

Phase IV Implementation
When 75% to 85% of the People within a nation commits,  the System CORE should be implemented.

• Official Vote by the People for Full System Integration Date and Time
• System Launched on approval date,
• One Hour – Confirmation
  The People are to enter their Standard Needs orders
  The System is to Confirm orders and delivery dates
  Producers are to review system order levels, and submit resource request (automated)
  The People receive Work Order request and confirm their commitment.
• The First test of the System CORE is to establish the System’s ability to process all of the People’s orders within one hour without glitch or shut down.
  This must be confirmed to complete AdvanCN’s Mission - “…Who has ever heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such things? Can a Country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment?...” – Isaiah 66:8 “…Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her…In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin…” Revelations 18:8/17
• Gradual, steady, and strategic recall of obsolete products for disassembly and redistribution
  Example:
  • Gas Car’s will be recalled for the exchange of Solar electrical vehicles
  • Obsolete computer and technical equipment
  • Dwelling reconstruction
• AdvanCN reestablished as an unbiased and impartial Advisor for the System CORE and World Rights Informant.

THERE WILL BE CHALLENGES

Perceived Rights and Ownership
If one places their energy into the construction or in the pursuit of obtaining a thing, once obtained, it becomes part of the being.

Similar to losing someone that you love/care for (place your time/energy into); when they are taken or remove themselves from you, the pain is real. It can feel as if your own flesh has been sliced in two. This attachment is formed with emotional bonds, and though not viewable, they are painfully real.

This is the same bond that can be establish with or assigned to material goods, and intellectual property, and the loss or theft of goods yields an equally painful effect.

We have no right to inflict such pain upon anyone nor to sever their attachment. To ensure the People do not commit such offenses, they must not take anything from anyone. People must will (bring) their perceived right of ownership of land, material, goods, and knowledge to the People, this ensures true security for all beings. Because, they bring their gifts and support, AdvanCN proclaims these beings “Brings or Bringlings” they therefore must be protected from injury, exile, contempt, or prosecution from any actions or offenses committed prior to the proclamation of the System CORE. And thus all debt is cancelled.

Allocation Priority
The centralization of production will ensure that People have full knowledge of every available resource and will know how their resources are being used.

The solution to assure the fair distribution of resources and products is joint ownership (by the People, not by a government or controller) and collaborative discourse regarding allocation, by all People; with the goal of, “Maximum Use,” to improve efficiency of production, set as the principles objective. The assignment of, “Usery” rights (AdvanCN coined word), of all materials by all people, will ensure the bonds of attachment to material goods are forever severed.  When the bonds of attachment are severed we end the thought of, “right of entitlement,” inheritance, and the control of material for selfish motive; will be able to ensure that all resources are used to fulfill the needs of the People without causing harm or violating perceived rights.

Transfer of Wealth
AdvanCN is aware of individuals with selfish motive that would prevent a system of equitable distribution, and would aim to keep within their control major resources that will be required for the System’s CORE implementation.

There are several options to ensure grant of usage without harm:

• Option 1:
  Allow the transfer of ownership, to the People for Willits, up to the person’s Maximum life force calculated with the Willits Compensation module (Willits remaining upon their death, as with all people, will also expire).
• Option 2:
  The People in unison remove their will from individuals that will not grant them equitable access to natural resources; thereby ensuring the people who claim ownership will have to maintain/develop/construct/work the land and natural resources, without the aid and Will of the People.
  • If one has resource, but is incapable of maximizing its potential due to a lack of will power, one has nothing.

Both options maintain the goal of the People, the Right of Life; and ensures no one is harmed.

Per Option 2, the People should prepare themselves, with rations; as, the Montgomery bus boycott began on December 1, 1955 and ended 381 days later on December 20, 1956.

The Bible states, “Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin,…” Daniel 9:24. 
Seventy Sevens is 70 multiplied by 7 weeks, 490 days.  The People should prepare for nothing less.
Those who claim ownership will yield and give-in (allow in to their core, the will of the People, and made moral, right).

If we all place our energy into creating things for others, with the understanding and fundamental belief of Usery Rights; there is no bonding of flesh with objects or persons, it can be freely given without pain and the fear of loss.

With Usery Rights comes the obligation of care, to ensure all goods are maintained by the People for proper functioning. With joint Agreement of Usery all will be assured security.

Acquisition of Public Corporations:
The company's board of directors, employees, and shareholders will be given the option to exchange their voting stock to Willits. The Maximum exchange per individual will be limited to the life time earning cap.

PREPARATION

We must prepare for a long campaign, to declare the will of the people.
Prior to implementation every citizen will be requested to agree to several key Agreements:

• Ask the church, social organizations, or charities you belong to if they have a Freedom Plan for the People. If, they do not, request they promote the System CORE. If they state, they are waiting on the Lord to set man Free, or that they have their own projects." Your Membership helps to ensure the development of the System CORE.
There are four Membership Levels, each with a designated purpose.
15 Cents of every dollar is designated towards International Relations Development, Literature, Awareness, and Fundraising.

Membership Types:

• Foundation Angels
  (Minimum of $1,500 per year  with additional pledge amounts TO COVER delinquent accounts at any level of your choice) Foundation Angels Help to ensure that Foundational Members’ monthly pledges are fulfilled should a member suffer from unexpected hardship, and have trouble meeting their financial commitment. Angel pledges are in addition to the Foundation Angel’s regular annual or monthly contribution.

• Foundation Members (Minimum of $60 per month or $720 per year)
  Foundation Members fund planning, development, and international diplomacy efforts to ensure the System CORE is implemented. They contribute a minimum of $720 dollars annually, or commit to a monthly  funding rate of $60; for  a period of not less than 4-years for Phases I – IV (planning, development, and initial testing). And, Opt in when Phase V Implementation donations are requested. Phase V includes data centers and infrastructure project development for your community and developing countries to ensure trade relations are maintained with all communities and countries.

• Chapter Membership
  Chapter Members’ funds contribute to the services and operations of local AdvanCN Chapters and the National Headquarters. Local Chapters are strategically vital to AdvanCN as they are the main sources of awareness, and the gauge of the desires of the People in reference to  the System CORE. Local Chapters also serve as the meeting estblishments for Committe Groups for project coordination, and offer testing, certification, job  training, registration services, and cause and effect counseling services.

• General and Donation Specific Membership  ($ Any Amount)
  General Memberships are for individuals or groups who wish to make a one-time or leisure donation to assist with  funding requirements of AdvanCN and the System CORE

AdvanCN’s goal is to reach as many People as possible to ensure funds are secured for planning and development and initial testing. We are in need of a minimum of  35,000 Foundation Members for Year One, to begin technical  planning. We estimate the expense for Phase I – IV will not exceed $20,000,000 each year, with a total of 80,000,000 being required for the first four years.
